Welcome!
If you are looking for therapy for yourself or a loved one, you have already taken a courageous step toward healing.
I welcome clients of all experiences and backgrounds, and continue to work to be an effective ally to people who identify as BIPOC, Queer, and Trans.
I use an intuitive approach to therapy that respects the client as a whole person rather than a set of symptoms. I work from a humanistic, client-centered orientation, which emphasizes the autonomy and diverse identity of each individual. I am also trained in evidence-based practices such as EMDR, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques, which I use to complement our interpersonal work in session.
Clients often come to me because they feel trapped and out of control in some aspect(s) of their lives. We work together to deepen their self-awareness so that they can make choices that support their wellbeing and originate from an authentic sense of Self.
If you have any questions about how I can help you move towards your emotional and relational goals, please reach out. I look forward to hearing from you!
